Goldman Sachs App
The Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management mobile app harmoniously brings together an uplifted Visual Identity and Design System. Designed for the on-the-go ultra high net worth clientele, it provides a connected experience of investment banking, trading, news, insights, advisor communication, and much more. Since launch, it has improved digital advisor/client engagement by 44%, reduced support calls by 19%, improved the brands overall NPS score, and continues to save hundreds of hours of advisors time through self-serve and client collaboration tools.
Leading a small team of designers, researchers, and a copy writer, along with mentoring and contributing to the the design systems function, I helped to drive strategy and design of these programs across XFN groups of product, design, engineering, and stakeholders.

Advisor Team, Scheduler, and Profile
Your advisor team within the mobile app lets you request video meetings, preview meeting agendas, attach documents, and request changes. Recieve push notifications and reminders from the system and add all of these to your favorite calendar applications. Manage and personalize your profile by setting interest preferences, add/edit/delete contact information, update profile photos, signatures, signatories, and more.

Research
Foundational and evaluative research for the Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management mobile app was focused on understanding the needs of ultra–high-net-worth clients/advisors and assessing the effectiveness, usability, and desirability of the redesigned mobile experience. Through stakeholder workshops, client interviews, advisor shadowing, and platform analytics, we evaluated how well the new experience addressed long-standing usability and workflow challenges.

Before/After
The legacy Private Wealth Management app had remained largely unchanged for years, resulting in an outdated experience that fragmented key activities like portfolio monitoring, trading, research, and advisor communication. The redesign introduced a modern visual identity, unified design system, and a more intuitive, connected mobile experience. Since launch, it has increased advisor–client digital engagement by 44%, reduced support calls by 19%, improved NPS, and saved advisors hundreds of hours through self-serve and collaboration tools.
