AT&T Digital
Following AT&T's acquisitions of DirecTV and Time Warner, I was contracted by Larry Adams to build and lead a cross-functional team reimagining the company's entire digital ecosystem. The mandate was clear: redefine AT&T's digital identity—shifting perception from legacy telecom to a modern platform spanning connectivity, entertainment, and culture.
We designed a channel-agnostic ecosystem anchored in user intent, knowing the discover, try, and buy journey touches dozens of devices, surfaces, and physical spaces. Through rapid sprint cycles, my team of researchers, strategists, and designers explored how AI, conversational commerce, AR, and dynamic content could deliver more personalized, seamless experiences at every touchpoint.
At the foundation was an invisible design system—a modular, data-driven framework ensuring consistent brand expression across in-store, online, and social channels. It unified navigation, taxonomy, brand voice, storytelling, and commerce into one coherent platform that scaled across AT&T's newly expanded portfolio.
The work drove a measurable shift in brand perception—from "traditional telecom" to "innovative entertainment platform"—increasing engagement, improving conversion, and laying the foundation for AT&T's next generation of consumer experiences.
